A wonderful experience, starting with Jordi at Reception, Santiago with the sun loungers by the pool, David with the poolside catering, and the rest of the staff whose names I don't know—a TEN out of TEN for everyone. One of the best hotels we've stayed in lately. We will definitely stay at Iberostar hotels again.

I was supposed to stay here in December. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we couldn't travel. We had booked a three-night stay through the IHG website, which is the group the hotel belongs to. The issue is that we canceled 24 hours before check-in, which meant a penalty of one night per room (we had two rooms). The reality is that, of course, they weren't flexible about canceling without charge, something you can't demand. However, they charged us twice for two nights, meaning they DOUBLE the penalty. The hotel tells us they can't do anything and that we should talk to IHG. It's extremely difficult to get through to anyone at IHG, and when, after incredibly long waits, they finally deign to respond, they offer no solutions and just send you "to another department." We haven't been to the hotel and certainly never will, nor to any other IHG hotel (of which we are members, and it hasn't helped at all). They have DOUBLE the charge, the hotel is washing its hands of the matter, and dealing with IHG is a nightmare; they offer no solution. So my opinion is TERRIBLE. The service is ZERO. NEVER AGAIN. And if you absolutely must go, book through Booking.com; they actually have customer service that doesn't turn its back on you.

Hotel fabulous! Arrived in the evening got told to go for dinner before going to our room as buffet about to close so we did. Did not get a welcome drink but no worries food more important! Food fantastic was worried as they also offer all inclusive too (we were half board) as we find some hotels that offer all inc it shows with the food being poor quality but we were surprised how good it was! You even get free ice cream or a drink around the pool on most days we even got a glass of champagne what a nice touch. Our room was on the road and tad noisy for us they did move us to the back and we slept like babies Reserved sunbeds around pool brilliant idea, Carmella is a real asset to the hotel and is so friendly she will look after you regarding your sunbeds no trouble! We went out most evenings plenty to do with bars, restaurants on your doorstep. We are already planning our next trip to this lovely hotel.
