Shockingly poor check in experience. 30 mins wait and not up to IHG standards for elite members; initially gave two stars, came back to.update. Put of courtesy late checkout for elite members is 12 pm. Poorly run hotel, regret the choice and will stay somewhere else next time

We stayed for 5 days. The breakfast staff were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. However, we requested a late check-out and were told the rooms were occupied, which wasn't true, as we discovered our room was still free when we went to collect our luggage. We also wanted to retrieve an empty suitcase we left at noon when we checked out, but it wasn't there. They didn't seem to bother looking for it either and paid very little attention to our request. Another area for improvement is the beach service, as they provide chairs but no umbrellas.

The service from all the staff was excellent. I especially want to mention Néstor, Apolo, and Sergio, who were always helpful and provided the best service. Highly recommended!
