The rooms are good, and the location is good too. However, it's not a hotel suitable for people with physical disabilities. You can't go to the restaurant for breakfast, which is included, because you have to access it by stairs. Dinner is à la carte, slow, and you pay on the spot.

The hotel's location is great, the staff is great too, but I was disappointed with the room. As soon as I entered, I smelled a strong odor of dampness and sewage backflow from the drain. The bathroom was always reeking of sewage coming from the shower drain, which was broken and sunken, giving it an old and neglected look. The toilet seat was made of soft plastic, the bathroom trash can had no lid, so soiled papers made the smell even worse. In the room, the bedside lamp was loose, held only by the wiring; the lamps had different colored bulbs, making the lighting unpleasant. One was white and the other yellow. The "wardrobe" also left something to be desired; there are no drawers, no space to open a suitcase, only a work surface, so if you need to use your laptop there you will have to keep moving either the computer or the suitcase. The room also does not have a safe. The mattress is comfortable but visually deformed. The bathroom linens are very unpleasant; the towels feel like sandpaper, low-quality towels. I wasn't expecting Trousseau linens, but at least something more pleasant to the touch. The room cleaning also left much to be desired. On the first day of cleaning, the bed linens were crooked, poorly folded, and the pillows were thrown haphazardly at the headboard. The breakfast is okay: bread, fruit (apples, bananas, plums, melon, and papaya, and a salad of chopped fruits that had the same items plus pineapple), cakes, cheese bread, croissants, cheese, cold cuts, butter, scrambled eggs (which looked almost like soup because of all the water at the bottom of the pan; you had to scoop them from the top to avoid a scrambled egg stew), and the juice isn't natural, it's pasteurized from a gallon jug. There was nothing to eat in the room; the minibar only had two glass cups, not even bottled water. The Wi-Fi was also terrible; I couldn't even use it, I was stuck with my mobile data plan the whole time. I think small, thoughtful details could greatly improve the experience.
