The hotel was a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and the town hall. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, the staff very friendly, and everything was very clean.

We had a terrible experience. We arrived late in the night and the bed was not made. They left the sheet and we had to do it ourselves. It's also very hard to make because it's on the top of the double bed. If I hadn't pay in advance we would have gone in another place and spent more. It's surely not worth it here. The receptionist told me it was not his problem if the bed wasn't done. The room it's very very small and even hard to move there, same for the bathroom. There are better options around at a very similar price

I have been to the Hotel Ibis in Bordeaux and the experience has been very positive. Everything was very correct: the room was clean, tidy and comfortable, ideal for resting after a day of visiting the city. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was quiet. The facilities were well maintained and the cleanliness was very good. In general, it is a highly recommended option if you are looking for a practical, clean and comfortable place to stay in Bordeaux.
