My experience at the ibis budget in Foz do Iguaçu was disappointing. We stayed in room 671, which had several maintenance problems: there was a broken tile, a loose electrical outlet, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, and the hairdryer didn't work. For an ibis budget hotel, one expects at least a basic standard of upkeep and functionality of the room's amenities, which unfortunately was not met during this stay. The location is good, but the lack of maintenance negatively impacted the experience.

It's okay for the price paid, but be aware if the reservation includes breakfast and if parking is charged separately as well.

The shower stall wouldn't close and soaked the entire bathroom. I complained, but they didn't fix it. Room service doesn't do its job; they just leave 3 towels and leave. The light above the top bunk didn't work. We arrived and the top bunk didn't have sheets, even though we booked for 3 people, not just 2.
