Firstly, the condition of the room and bathroom was clearly unsatisfactory. Visible defects affected the shower and the ventilation grille, as evidenced by the attached photographs. Furthermore, the beds were poorly made, or even insufficiently prepared upon our arrival, which is unacceptable. Secondly, several essential room amenities were malfunctioning: the television remote control was out of order, and some light fixtures were not working properly. Moreover, during check-in, we specifically requested a room away from the elevator and stairs to minimize noise. This request was not honored, as we were assigned room 113, located directly opposite the elevator door. This assignment is all the more regrettable as it directly contradicts our request. Finally, and most importantly, the stay was severely disrupted by the fire alarm going off at 6:00 a.m., resulting in a rude awakening and a complete interruption of the rest of the night. This incident alone constitutes a particularly significant disruption. Furthermore, it appears that this situation is not isolated, as several colleagues who were also present at the tattoo convention experienced the same type of awakening the previous day, suggesting a recurring problem within the establishment.

So, what can I say except that the location was ideal, being close to the venue for my event? However, we were woken up at 6 am both mornings of our stay by the fire alarm, and we expressed our dissatisfaction. Which I think is understandable, as we were faced with a receptionist who was also dissatisfied and even angry that we had complaints. Extremely disappointed with my experience, honestly, I wouldn't go back, even if they paid me.
