Full description of my stay: I arrived at 11:40 AM and was given my room at 12:40 PM because the previous guests had apparently left at the last minute. A shame, especially for a Gold member. I booked parking and was assigned a space, but someone else was already in it because their assigned space was more difficult to access. So, we had to go back and ask, and we moved to another space, only to be told, "No, not that one." Instead of having the badly parked car moved, we had to go back and look at each other while the person who took our space was left undisturbed and had no problems. I had checked in through the app to secure the parking space, but we had to wait for the hotel. The receptionist could have opened the door for us to park and take us to the elevator. As a result, we left at 1:30 PM, even though we had a restaurant reservation for 1:00 PM. We had to cancel and eat at a more expensive and less good restaurant. No compensation or receipt was provided, which is a shame. The hotel is well located, with direct access to metro line 13. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro is right next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and thanked us for our patience. Breakfast is simple but complete for the price (croissant, pain au chocolat, ham, cheese, juice, coffee, bread). The price is very reasonable for Paris. The room is simple but functional; it's not really meant for living in. The bedding is adequate. Clean. No toilet brush.
