No room service, small apartment.

Terrible experience, no mini-fridge, door jamming. Clogged toilet, shower feels like a fire hose. Strong urine smell in the shower area. I spent three hours trying to resolve the issue, checked out after much complaining and left. I am a person with a disability, and I encountered many communication difficulties; I don't know how to express myself in the heat of the moment, I need time to process and understand everything. That's why I went to find someone else to help me. There are no logbooks, no decent email address. I went down to reception and spoke to them; the woman said she'd go check, I said no need, I sent her a photo, and then they ignored me on WhatsApp regarding the complaint. There's no phone in the room. When I said no need because I had an appointment, I left the key, even my medical report there, and said I'd be right back, and then I went down with my suitcase. They offered to change rooms, I DIDN'T WANT TO. After three hours of exhaustion, I was just going to leave. I didn't even sit on the bed. The only thing I used in the room was the toilet, which was clogged. I went to take a shower but gave up because it was leaking and had abnormal water pressure. Anyway, I went to get the other person who was going to stay with me to help me sort things out. When I got there, I asked if anyone had come up to look, and they told me no because the maintenance shift had ended. When I mentioned above that the woman wanted to come up to see, and I said no, I had to leave to get someone else, and I was already late, but she kept my key and my report. And when I filed a formal complaint, they told me that I had prevented the maintenance from entering. Knowing that some things could happen, I filmed everything, including when I asked if the maintenance had come up, because I was gone for about 30 minutes. The hotel said they have a recording of when I prevented the maintenance crew from coming up. Who am I to stop them? I was just running late to pick up the other person. They didn't come up because I didn't want them to. I had already cleared everything out of the room. When I got back, I was just going to sort things out and finalize the checkout. It's a good thing they have that recording, because I never prevented anything. I will take all possible legal action. Oh, and to top it all off, they told me they would issue a refund, but they would charge a service fee of $100 because the room was used. THAT WAS THE LAST SIDE OF THE ROAD. But I didn't want that. I've taken all the necessary steps since yesterday, and I expect to get my money back.
