The price-performance ratio was good. The room was adequate for sleeping. The well-insulated windows were commendable, as we couldn't hear any street noise. Underground parking was available. The breakfast buffet was good. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Centrally located in Hamburg, most destinations are within walking distance. Standard IBIS comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Minor signs of wear and tear, but no major issues.

This hotel, very close to Hamburg's central train station, is on the main street. Although trains pass nearby, the sound doesn't reach inside when the windows are closed. The floors in the room are carpeted. As is typical for Ibis hotels, there are no slippers, mini-fridge, or kettle in the room. The 24-hour reception makes you feel safe. The sheets and towels were clean. The breakfast was adequate, except for one day when green olives were available, after which they ran out. All the staff were very kind and polite. The kitchen manager, Mr. İlhan, the hotel manager, Mr. Hasan, and the two Georgian housekeepers who spoke Turkish helped me with everything. I would also like to thank the reception staff.
