The room is very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities, the breakfast is complete and offers several meal options, and the dishes at the hotel restaurant are also very tasty. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. This hotel certainly offers great value for money. I recommend it!

Upon arrival, I was told that my check-in had already been done by someone else. But I had just arrived. After this "confusion," I was assigned a room without any explanation of how the hotel worked, the payment process, the breakfast time, or the breakfast areas. I inquired about the payment, and they replied that it had already been charged directly to my card (if I remember correctly, the charge is usually made when the customer arrives and checks in, and they can prefer another payment method). Upon arriving at my hotel room on the 3rd floor, the card wouldn't open the door. I returned to reception, and it was activated after an apology and a dry joke – "it's not enough that you arrived late... I mean, late, this happens to you too." I went back to the room – opened the door, but to my surprise – "who's opening the door??" I heard from inside the room with the light on. Another guest was inside!! I went back to reception – the employee barely looked at me when I explained what had happened and offered a rather unconvincing "sorry." He left the reception area without an explanation and returned a few minutes later. He gave me another card for a different room and said, "Your room is over there"—pointing to a corridor under construction. The construction was unannounced. I walked through the construction to get to the room. Finally, in this room, the AC must be centralized, and I couldn't raise the temperature above 20°C. I only had a thin duvet; there were no other blankets. I was cold, but I finally got some rest. It's unlikely I'll return to this hotel.
