The breakfast was excellent, the service was great, and the person who made sure everything was in order was fantastic. 10/10. However, the room I was given was terrible; it was a sofa bed for two strangers who were traveling on the same tour. Be aware of that.

Don't rush this hotel, especially when checking into your room, because the key cards are constantly malfunctioning, and it's not just a one-off. You can't rely on other people for these things. Very bad.

We stayer for 6 night beceause we thought The breakfast Will be good.. The ladies and gentlemen behind the reception desk were very nice and the location is great, next to a large indoor shopping center. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the breakfast and I would like to show people who are planning to book here what the breakfast is really like. Disappointing and misleading!! People, beware!! We are staying in Madrid for a week because of a few hospital visits. We chose this hotel based on the breakfast (recent photos). The way they present the breakfast, it looks like a great breakfast with fresh bread, juices, etc. However, nothing is true! What stood out most were the eggs. The boiled eggs and scrambled eggs are not made fresh but are pre-purchased. The boiled eggs are cold and sit in yellow water in a bowl. The scrambled eggs have a very unusual texture. I indicated that they were finished. She said to wait 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, pre-made scrambled eggs are thrown from the packaging into the warming tray. She looks around to see if anyone has noticed and then quickly walks away. When I scoop it onto my plate immediately afterwards, it still feels very cold. Ridiculous! There is no variety of fresh bread. There is one type of baguette and sandwich bread, but it is not fresh at all! There is no fresh orange juice or fruit water. The fruit basket was almost empty except for two kiwis and a tangerine. You can forget about a nice cup of coffee when you wake up! I ended up trying a cappuccino/latte/coffee with milk, but I left them there. I suggested that maybe the milk in the machine was empty. The lady said no, the milk wasn't empty. It is what it is. I didn't want to report it, but we feel somewhat misled and cheated... if the photos of their breakfast were accurate, we would certainly have booked elsewhere!
