Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Clean and spacious rooms, very welcoming and friendly staff, a large and excellent breakfast, and the RER train stop for Disney right outside the hotel is a real bonus: you can get there in 5 minutes. Thank you for everything, I highly recommend it 😊

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the RER A. I'd say you can get to this hotel from Disney Village faster than the Cheyenne or the Santa Fe. However, when we got to our room, we noticed that one area of the floor was sticky, as if something like Coca-Cola or something similar had been spilled and hadn't been cleaned up. Our shoes stuck to it, and it was quite unpleasant. Also, the bed seemed unmade; the sheets were straightened, but carelessly, as if someone had used them. This gives a pretty bad impression, because it seems like they hadn't changed the linens after the previous guest. On the other hand, we had a bad experience trying to have breakfast. We arrived around 10:30, which is when the buffet is about to close, or already closed—it makes no difference to me. We just wanted a coffee and a croissant. Despite the croissant basket being right in front of us, the waiter refused to serve us one because it wasn't "breakfast time" anymore. I told him that was fine and that I didn't want the buffet, that I'd pay whatever he wanted for the croissant, but that I really needed to have breakfast because—and here's the other problem—there's nothing around the hotel. You either go to the buffet, or you find a friendly waiter willing to serve you, or, as he himself offered, you can have a pizza or some spaghetti. Anyway... Nevertheless, it might be worth it for the location, although we think the price per night is quite far removed from the service and quality you receive.
