Hotel opposite the train station, close to everything. The staff is very professional and friendly. Varied and plentiful breakfast. One small drawback: the soundproofing between rooms.

Review Ibis Hotel opposite Nancy train station – Review I am very disappointed with my stay at this Ibis hotel. For the price, the quality of the room and services is absolutely unacceptable. The bedding is very poor: the double bed is actually made up of two separate beds that slide apart, making it easy to fall between the two mattresses during the night. This is neither comfortable nor acceptable for a hotel in this category. The bathroom is also in a very poor state: the floor is damaged, the ceilings are dirty and deteriorated, and the walls reveal unpainted wallpaper. The shower head is broken and doesn't even stay on its holder, making it very unpleasant to use. Upon arrival, the room did not look clean: the sheets were not properly made, they were wrinkled, and the pillows were on the floor. Finally, the breakfast room and buffet are nowhere near the usual standard of the Ibis hotels I regularly stay at. The selection is very limited, and the quality doesn't justify the price. It's a shame because the location opposite the train station is convenient, but the overall condition of the hotel and the quality of the services clearly don't justify the price. A renovation and better attention to housekeeping are really needed. If you'd like, I can also write a shorter, more impactful version for Google (which often has a greater impact) or a more formal but still professional version.
