The tiny room has an "extra bed" which is actually a kind of reclining single chair. You can feel the chair's bars in your back and it feels like you're sleeping on a plank. Even for a child, this is unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was a bit small but clean. I would definitely stay there again. I didn't give it a 10 because breakfast wasn't included and the room was small without a coffee maker or kettle.

We wanted to share some mixed feedback about our stay. The reception team deserves praise: professional, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the bar manager, Mohamed, who was impeccable: kind, pleasant, and very professional. We also want to highlight the work of the housekeeping staff, who were clearly dedicated, discreet, and efficient, and whose commitment contributed positively to the quality of our stay. On the other hand, the breakfast service clearly needs improvement. Many items were repeatedly missing, with the only responses being standard excuses like "we haven't received a delivery" or "you'll have to speak to management." This gives the impression of a structural problem rather than a one-off issue. Furthermore, some staff members adopted a demeanor that was not in line with hotel standards: sometimes aggressive tones, a lack of customer service skills, talking loudly in front of guests, and a clear lack of training. Finally, one particular behavior stood out: that of a staff member who, by his appearance and demeanor, resembled a bodybuilding instructor more than a hotel employee. Inappropriate attire, unsuitable posture (sitting on tables), unprofessional interactions with colleagues, and an ostentatious attitude created an image completely out of step with a hotel restaurant. This is regrettable, as these elements contrast sharply with the quality of the service, the bar, and the housekeeping staff, and damage the overall image of the establishment.
