This was my very first stay at an ibis hotel in Paris, and I honestly did not expect to feel this touched by the level of care and hospitality shown by the staff. From the very first moment at check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Clement (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was not only friendly and polite, but genuinely caring, attentive, and incredibly professional. I explained to him that I was experiencing a luggage issue and that my suitcase might be delivered later by Paris airport. He listened carefully, reassured me calmly, and handled the situation with such confidence that I immediately felt less stressed. What truly left a deep impression on me was the exceptional teamwork behind the scenes. Late at night, when I approached the front desk again to ask about my luggage, the night staff already knew everything. The situation had been perfectly communicated by Mr. Clement. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but she was a wonderful Latin lady (possibly from Argentina), and her calm, kindness, and professionalism made me feel completely reassured—even in the middle of the night. This kind of service goes far beyond “doing your job.” It reflects genuine hospitality, care, and respect for guests. In a stressful travel moment, I felt safe, supported, and truly looked after. Yes, the room was a bit small—but honestly, this became completely irrelevant. The warmth, kindness, and outstanding attentiveness of the staff more than compensated for it. I would choose heartfelt service over room size any day, and this hotel delivered exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a stressful experience into a truly memorable and positive one.
