We had a really great stay, the staff was super helpful, the room was clean, and the location is nice, with good metro/bus connections. Plenty of cozy restaurants around, in Place d’Italie, where there is also a mall, or on Mouffetard Street, which is like a 15 mins walk away. As downsides, the window did not open, and the AC was not working, but it was really warm in the room, especially since we stayed there in the first week of January.

The hotel staff are lovely and always smiling. I had a very pleasant time in their company. The location is ideal, on a quiet street with parking (paid, and it's best to give up a space). The breakfast was generous (unfortunately, I was unlucky). Thank you for my birthday stay.
