Terrible service from the hotel staff, extremely unprepared and inattentive. When we arrived to check in, the receptionist on the afternoon of January 12th, 2025, was on the phone chatting while we waited to be attended to. Then she made further confusion with our already paid reservations, causing us to be late for our flight. I do not recommend it and I will not return!!! They need to GREATLY improve their service at reception; the other employees were very courteous. The complaint is mainly directed at the receptionists.

I really liked the hotel, the room and bathroom were all clean and organized. Turning on the electronics, television, lights, shower... was simple and uncomplicated. The elevator was in perfect working order. As for the breakfast, for the price of the stay, it should have a wide variety of options for all tastes. The staff were helpful and polite. Thank you all! 🤝🏻
