We booked for 6 nights. We only stayed one night. We had to find another hotel. The room was damp, the floor was sticky, and the sheets were damp. The photos on the website look nice but don't really reflect the reality of the place. The Wi-Fi was slow. Luckily, the staff were friendly.

We booked two rooms for seven nights, but we only had to stay one before moving on. As a Platinum member, I don't consider this hotel to be three-star quality. Without exaggeration, it's more like an Ibis Budget. The rooms are damp, with a strong sewage smell coming from the toilets. As for the laundry facilities, I'm sorry, but the dryers need improvement: after a two-hour cycle, clothes are still damp and have to be left to dry on the balcony. You can imagine what the exterior looks like. The breakfast is poor. For a family hotel meant to cater to children, not offering chocolate spread is surprising. Don't be fooled by the photos: the outdoor areas are outdated, and the pool is in such a state that I wouldn't even let my children dip a toe in it. The only positive point is the staff who, despite limited resources, do their job with a smile and kindness. I have never left a negative review for Accor group hotels, but this time the experience was truly disappointing. It's not up to Ibis standards. As a Platinum member, I think they need to go back to the drawing board and undertake serious renovations.
