This was our second time staying here as a family for a few days over New Year's Eve, and as always, we were very impressed with the hotel's location and amenities, the friendliness of the staff, and the on-site parking. Even though we booked at very short notice and then spontaneously extended our reservation, the hotel, with the kind assistance of Ms. Farzane, helped us organize our rooms. They also informed us about the options for New Year's Eve at the sister hotel and even took care of the booking for us. We highly recommend this hotel; it's very centrally located, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the staff is always available, and the neighborhood is pleasant with many good restaurants, bars, and shops. The metro is also within easy reach, as is a very large and attractive shopping mall. The historic Bomonti and Kurtuluş districts offer a glimpse into Istanbul's past with their many traditional restaurants and specialty shops.

Special thanks to the hotel manager for being very attentive, supportive, and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, thanks to the talented chef who prepared delicious, fresh, and high-quality meals every morning. Her cooking truly made our mornings enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great service, wonderful management, and amazing food. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. I had a lovely stay at ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti. What truly made my experience special was the kindness and care of the staff. Emre, Ata, and Iram were incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you for such a beautiful experience — I will definitely return. I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti. The most important thing that made this experience special was the attention and sincerity of the staff.
