When we arrived, the room was barely 15°C, so we had to ask for a space heater and an extra blanket. The receptionist was very kind and understanding.

Stayed the night before our holiday and it’s a great hotel. Staff are all helpful and friendly offering to get the heating on in our room as we had arrived late and have a 3 year old, they set up a travel cot last minute and it was not bother. Check in was smooth and we parked easily. Comfortable beds so had a great sleep before our early flights, very reasonably priced and well located. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re traveling early out of Gatwick south.

This is the second time I’ve had guests stay at this hotel. The rooms are relatively small, and the hotel has its own parking rules, but the staff did not provide any reminders. If you are driving guests to this hotel and need to stop temporarily, please pay special attention. I have decided that I will not arrange this hotel for guests again in the future.
