We received a very warm welcome at the ibis Styles hotel: the reception was perfect, and the staff were polite and professional. Our online reservation perfectly matched our requests, especially for two adjoining rooms. The rooms are small but sufficient for one night (we were attending a concert at the KKL). The room and bathroom were clean. However, the blinds could use some repairs, and the curtains aren't very attractive. The rooms facing the cinema are noisy early in the morning (around 5:30 am), which isn't very pleasant. The coffee and tea capsules are excellent and much appreciated. Breakfast is decent overall. However, we did notice that the ham didn't seem very fresh. Furthermore, for those with lactose allergies or intolerances (and there are many of us), the lack of plant-based milk (soy) or semi-skimmed milk is difficult to understand and prevents us from fully enjoying breakfast, which was the case for us. Regarding the bathroom, the shower and toilet are connected to the neighboring bedrooms, resulting in poor soundproofing: the noises of the other guests were clearly audible. The bed was a bit hard, but the bedding was perfect.
