I had a pleasant stay at ibis Styles Milano Centro. The hotel is located in a very good area—well connected, yet away from noisy roads, which made the stay peaceful and comfortable. The rooms and common areas were clean, hygienic, and well maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. The only downside was the limited availability of vegetarian and vegan food options. It would be great if the hotel could expand its vegetarian/vegan choices across all meals for guests who prefer or require such options. Overall, a good stay with a small scope for improvement in dining options.

Unfortunately perfect location , nice surroundings , yet the rooms were in a terrible condition the fridge was not working the lights kept on going off and the covers were very thin , the air conditioner wasn’t working all the time also the electricity ,, and the most of all is a very rude and aggressive management , from our reservation the first day they canceled it it said the app is not working and we at first said ok when they asked us to book through them cause we had no other choice then they made us bay almost 35 euros extra for each night and on our check out they were very rude refused to give us any receipts to our stay and they were very aggressive and it turned out that the owner is a dad and his son and when we said we will report them they were very careless and we even came back twice for our airpods they refused to give it to us .. This was almost a night mare and would never ever recommend any one of staying there it was simply a nightmare

A very disappointing experience. The staff were hostile, their tone inappropriate, and they showed a complete lack of professionalism. The establishment downplayed the situation with what we found to be a misleading statement. The 3.6 rating shown here is no coincidence: there are numerous recurring management problems. The reception and service were clearly below expected standards. I do not recommend it.
