Very honest hotel, spotlessly clean! The double room with the balcony that we had was very comfortable! The breakfast had a very wide variety and was constantly renewed! The waiting area was comfortable and with a small area for children to play! Very good location! I recommend!

We stayed at the ibis Hotel Miasta for a three-day trip to explore Warsaw, and the experience was decidedly positive. The hotel is very convenient for exploring the city. Initially, it seems simple, but upon staying, we discover a functional, well-organized, and intelligently designed hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a spacious, practical bathroom. The shower deserves special mention: large, with consistently hot water and a truly excellent flow, which is greatly appreciated after a day out and about. The floor staff were also courteous and smiling, a detail that is far from a given in Warsaw and that contributes to making the stay more pleasant. The reception staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Arthur, who greeted us at check-in and assisted us with great kindness at check-out. He allowed us to leave our backpacks in the designated area, demonstrating uncommon helpfulness and attentiveness. The lobby is another plus: comfortable spaces to wait, relax, or spend time before a flight or an appointment, with dedicated areas for kids and a well-organized reading area. We also had breakfast: not excellent, but still an excellent, varied, and functional way to start the day without having to leave the hotel. The real highlight of the hotel, however, is the restaurant. The dishes are truly delicious, well-served, and excellent value. Delicious tartare, very good toast, and a well-made Caesar salad: everything we tried was top-quality. Special thanks go to the restaurant staff, who were excellent at managing the dining room, always smiling, attentive, and exceptionally courteous. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, as well as its restaurant. For a few days' stay in Warsaw, it's a practical, welcoming, and pleasant option. We really enjoyed our stay.
