We were disappointed with this hotel :( The pictures and reality are completely different. We had no idea where to check in expecting a distinct hotel/hotel lobby. The bar actually doubles as the hotel lobby. Our room was tucked away on the second floor of a very damp/dark building. Once you entered, it was better though. It was almost like an apartment with three rooms and a shared space. The drawers in the shared space had things in them like someone lived there. We had guests trying to enter our room late at night because the room numbers are super tiny on the doorframe. It’s confusing! Rooms were clean but visible black mold. Also- on the website they claim they have a shuttle/car that will take you to airport. That is not true- when I asked they said they can “organize a car to come get us” so they offer to call us a taxi/uber. Great location and the service was nice though.

A promising "potential"... but not fulfilled! This 4-star hotel is located in the heart of Rome's historic center, allowing you to visit everything on foot (or rather, on foot). It boasts a lovely 35 m² suite with a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a master bedroom with a terrace and a small bathroom ("piccolina"), suitable for 2 adults and a young boy (€300 per night). However, the service is lacking. Despite online confirmation of the reservation and the submission of the three guests' IDs upon arrival, the room was only prepared for... 2 people. You had to make the sofa bed yourself (at midnight) after a (grumpy) receptionist, having insisted on personally verifying the "oversight" (!), deigned to provide you with sheets (don't forget to ask her for the duvet and pillows too) on the pretext that this task was not within her duties. Unbelievable! Don't bother looking for a shelf to put your clothes on; there isn't one. Don't bother looking for more hooks in the bathroom to hang your things on; there aren't any either. Similarly, don't bother trying to use the bathroom scale; it doesn't work and won't be replaced until the third day (but who said you should use it anyway?). Since the minibar only has one glass, after two days of asking, you'll be "given" three plastic cups (apparently there are no other glasses available!) for the rest of your stay. Go buy some; it's faster and, above all, much more efficient. Luggage storage: there isn't any. One pleasant person: one of the two ladies at breakfast (as for the other... wait until she's ready). In short: A complete failure. It's a shame they don't know how to properly treat guests. But it is true that one goes to Rome to visit the City and not to discuss the incompetence of hoteliers.

The hotel is in a super central location, just steps from Via Condotti. Very spacious rooms with two huge beds. Cleanliness was okay, but could still be improved, as the bathroom didn't smell great. The rather meager breakfast buffet was disappointing, and I decided not to order it after seeing the offer.
