Absolutely disappointing stay – never again! (Travel in 2022) Our stay at this hotel in 2022 was unfortunately a complete disaster – there was no sign of a "spa," and relaxation was a foreign concept. The drama started with the food: the same thing was served every day, nothing was fresh – and the taste was simply awful. At breakfast, the bread was rock hard and barely edible. The pool was contaminated for four out of our seven days and therefore unusable. The drinking water smelled and tasted strongly of chlorine or pool water – absolutely unacceptable. In the room, a chair was so badly damaged that one leg had completely fallen off – a real hazard, as one could easily have been injured! The beds and the sofa were extremely uncomfortable; restful sleep was impossible. The room door also had a large gap – offering no protection from noise or prying eyes. The hotel itself is completely outdated; everything looked old, worn, and neglected. "All Inclusive" was an outrage: many things had to be paid for separately, cocktails came from a Tetra Pak and in a cup, while guests who paid for drinks received fresh, garnished cocktails in glasses. The buffet usually consisted of only a few cookies, cakes, and a handful of drinks – and was often closed. The surroundings were extremely noisy – whether from other guests or external sources, relaxation was impossible. The doorbell didn't work, nor did the air conditioning in the room. The mirror in the elevator was broken, the bathroom was dirty upon arrival, and the minibar was completely empty. The absolute low point was the cleaning staff: a cleaner came into our room at 8 a.m. without knocking and woke us up (because a bath towel had fallen from the upper floor onto our balcony) – completely unacceptable! In conclusion: This hotel was our worst vacation experience. The price-performance ratio was outrageous. There was no sign of a spa, relaxation, or quality. Completely outdated in 2022 – we will definitely never come back!!
