We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly gentleman who spoke French. As noted in other reviews, the evening reception was very cold; there was no response to our greeting or wish for a good evening. The same thing happened upon our departure. We returned our key card, and the gentleman at reception didn't even ask if everything was alright, nor did he say thank you or goodbye. He took our card and spoke to his colleague at the other end of the room! My husband and I stood at the counter waiting for him to even glance up at us… but no. We had to ask, "Is everything alright?!" and only then did he simply say, "Yes, yes, okay!" Disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Regarding the room: the curtains were broken, letting in daylight. The shower sealant was black, the shower heads had green water jets… and there was dust under the sink. The bathroom door handle was broken, so we couldn't close the door. The kettle doesn't inspire you to make coffee or even tea! The inside is covered in limescale… As other reviews mention, the insulation is paper-thin, and the door is poorly insulated. We can actually see light from the hallway coming through underneath! The cleaning lady was banging the vacuum cleaner against the bedroom door in the morning… the spa and fitness room were closed. Breakfast was simple, with not much choice: egg, bacon, sausage, rice, and broccoli, served directly from the pan. There were a few pastries, toast, and pre-heated bread. Not very varied for a 4-star hotel… but it did the job. From our perspective, and having stayed in 4-star hotels and above… this hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. It's more like a 3-star. We don't recommend it. The only advantage is its proximity to and ease of access to the city center.

We stayed at the hotel from December 24, 2025, to January 2, 2026. Cleaning every day, two free bottles of 0.33 bottled water. The breakfasts were fantastic. Clean and comfortable. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Thank you.

Hotel well located, comfortable bed, clean room. However, a major drawback: the spa was closed, which wasn't mentioned on the website at the time of our booking, and no discount was applied, so in the end, it was a bit expensive for what was offered.
