The people who work here are extremely careless, unprofessional and have poor communication. If you are planning a trip and are looking for a place to stay, I would advise staying somewhere else rather than attempting to book with their highly irregular and unreliable website. Even if you call, it's probably best to not trust the information that you have been given. I have been waiting to make a reservation at this hostel for months as their calendar is highly irregular. We called in December or November to ask when would the calendar open for April and they didn't give us a specific date, but told us that once 2025 came, we should keep checking the calendar. I waited until Jan and the calendar didn't open for April so I emailed them and my email was ignored. We kept waiting as they opened the calendar for March but not April or later......then we called again this week to ask what was going on. Finally they said that they would be closed for the month of April. If you were going to be closed for April, why were we told four months ago to wait until January to make a reservation for April. You were given the specific dates and number of people that we were trying to make a reservation, yet we were still given incorrect information.
