[Title] Happy Hour 3-shift system without prior notice and limited facilities. Reconsider booking during peak season. I made a reservation in November, hoping to relax during the Lunar New Year holiday. However, the hotel's reckless reservations exceeded their capacity and the unilateral notification process left me extremely disappointed. 1. Happy Hour 3-shift system announced on the day (only 1 hour) This was the most absurd part. There was no notice at the time of reservation, but on the day of check-in, I was informed that the happy hour would be run in 3 shifts, with advance reservations required and a 1-hour time limit. While splitting the hours is understandable due to the large number of guests, announcing this on the day of the event was a clear lack of communication and a deception on the part of the hotel. A happy hour that forced me to leave after just one hour was not a relaxing experience. 2. Unavailability of major facilities (swimming pool, sauna) on Lunar New Year's Day We also learned on-site that the swimming pool and sauna, the most important facilities for guests visiting during the holiday, would be unavailable on Lunar New Year's Day. 3. Overall poor service response The hotel's overall management style of "after-the-fact" notification of information customers should have known in advance, such as the request for a 100,000 won deposit without prior notice, was extremely inconvenient. 4. Management's complete disregard for complaints (worst customer response) I formally complained to the hotel management about the unfair treatment and lack of advance notice I experienced on-site, but they have been completely ignored to this day. Not only is the on-site service poor, but they also lack the mindset to provide after-the-fact customer service (CS) to address concerns raised. Overall: This hotel prioritizes increasing hotel reservations and operational convenience over ensuring a pleasant stay, and even raising concerns is ignored. If you're planning to visit during peak season or during a holiday, please reconsider your decision, as you may find your rights restricted on the day of your visit.

The interior is a bit old-fashioned. The staff is friendly. The buffet restaurant menu is varied and delicious. It's close to Hakdong Station. However, the parking lot is a bit small, which is a shame.
