TERRIBLE! AVOID IT! Upon arrival, the receptionist, very rude, told us that the reservation was canceled and that he had to verify it (even though we showed him the booking confirmation and email). After a two-hour wait, he dismissively told us that it wasn't canceled, with annoyed gestures, without offering any explanation, apology, or compensation for the long wait and unjustified inconvenience. The day we arrived, the beach was full of trash (although they cleaned it later, hours later, in the late afternoon, when it was already too late to enjoy it). In the room, there was a printed slip of paper stating that we could take two free bottles of water or two cans from the minibar, which they then charged us for, even though I showed them the slip. Finally, much to my dismay, we had to pay because the receptionists, looking bored, insisted, and we didn't want to miss the ferry. They charge a 3000 THB deposit. It's located on the outskirts of Chaweng, isolated on the road. It's only accessible by vehicle; there are no amenities within walking distance. They gave us a roll of toilet paper that had obviously been soaked and then dried. The bar and restaurant are extremely expensive. It's certainly not what you'd expect for such a high price. We've stayed in much cheaper bungalows that were far better in terms of facilities, service, and staff. A complete disappointment. Don't waste your time and money there.

“Unwelcoming rude staff” In one word - this resort has a very unwelcoming vibe. As soon as you check in you are asked to deposit 1k bhat as security. One staff at the reception was extremely rude. Others are no less. We booked superior room which is at one corner (literally)with no view. Feels claustrophobic! Breakfast is basic. You are given (not so gentle reminder ) at 10 at the breakfast table that they close by 10.30. They said no for complimentary water which ofcourse was included in the stay. At the time of check out no help with the luggage. Infact our car driver pointed this as being rude. The beach though is good. Overall not a good experience. I will not recommend this resort to anyone who values their experience.
