Inara Alas Harum

Our first trip to Bali was nothing short of spectacular, as my husband and I celebrated his surprise birthday and our 3rd wedding anniversary. Our 4-day, 3-night stay at INARA ALAS HARUM , left us wishing we could extend our time here. Nestled in the heart of Ubud, the hotel was the perfect escape from our city life in Kuala Lumpur. The ambiance was peaceful, and the hospitality was truly incredible! Upon our arrival, we were greeted by our butler, Angel, who truly made our stay memorable. No matter what time we reached out, Angel responded promptly and accommodated our last-minute requests with ease. Fortunately, Made Kleneng from security recognized it as ours and kindly returned it to our room. Every single staff member radiated warmth and dedication, making us feel right at home. Their smiles and commitment to exceptional service deserve a 10/10! We are grateful for the beautiful memories created here and look forward to returning one day. I hardly do any review for the hotel provided they are really good and provide exceptional service. I love this hotel so much as it is not too commercialize, meaning that they are flexible and accommodate to your needs. There is one incident that I misread the terms and conditions, after explained, i decided to cancel the service but they end up providing me free of charge!! It is a very nice gesture as normally most of the hotels will just charge you accordingly. My room also get to have an upgrade which really come as a surprise to us. The butler service thru watsapp really efficient and effective. All in all it is a very nice hotel and if you do not want to disturb by the monkeys, this is the main reason i chose it as well, this will be your best choice! I would like to say a big thank you to Windo (housekeeping staff) if i remembered the name correctly and all the other staff during our stay over there. If got chance, I will come to stay in this lovely hotel again!

The most amazing stay... We have spent 3 nights at Inara and we wished it would have last for 2 weeks! The team (Wulan, Yoga, Ayudpama, Rama... and all the others!) have been extremely kind, attentive and professional. At our arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing "Mint breeze". We also enjoyed the amenities (2 pools with different atmospheres and their bar, the gym, 2 restaurants..). The breakfast was included and tasty (with a juice, fresh fruits, coffee and main dish). They organise every day a special event at one of the 2 restaurants (live music, themed night, BBQ...). The room is super spatious, very comfortable bed, spotless cleaned and with a bathtub with an open view on the scenery and landscape. Perfect for a romantic escape. We will definitely come back <3
