Overall, it’s a lovely resort. The restaurant staff were very kind , The pool was large and clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was great — except for one staff member. One female front staff (without glasses) was extremely rude. She smiled and treated white male guests nicely, but when it came to us, her attitude completely changed — cold face, irritated tone, and unwilling to help. Her behavior ruined the otherwise great image of this resort. It’s a shame that such a beautiful place and kind staff could be overshadowed by one person’s unprofessional attitude.
