Never again! We booked two Super Roomies rooms for 10 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing from check-in onward. 1. The rooms were nothing like advertised We were given rooms 124 and 126, which were very small, had low ceilings, were far from the elevator, and had a view directly into other rooms, offering no privacy. There was even a strange ramp at the door. The receptionist falsely claimed these rooms had the “highest ceiling,” which was clearly untrue. 2. The staff attitude was unacceptable We kept requesting new rooms since we were traveling with a child and an elderly woman, but the staff were rude and showed no concern. Nishan promised us two new rooms at 3 pm the next day, yet when we returned, he completely changed his story in front of his supervisor and asked us to “come back on Monday.” 3. More issues when viewing the new rooms On Monday, Aheda was extremely unprofessional and acted annoyed for no reason. She reluctantly showed us the new rooms—even claiming one wasn’t clean—then changed her mind minutes later. The difference in size and ceiling height was huge, despite being the same price as the awful rooms we were initially given. What frustrated us the most was the misinformation and attitude from the staff. Basic honesty and proper service should not be too much to ask. The hotel should improve staff training and adjust the pricing for the rooms we were first given.

The stay itself was great and the staff were very friendly, but I still haven’t received my deposit after 3 weeks. I’ve sent three emails and left a message on the official website with no reply. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.

Slightly off beaten track which was good for a quieter night, great location for getting around. Staff polite after a bit of faffing at the check in. Shower room was a bit tight for space, but good quality room . Recommend the great old pub the Clevedon arms just across road for drink and food, as the hotel focuses on veggy/vegan food .
