Our experience at INN Mallorca was very disappointing due to the condition of the rooms and how the situation was handled. The first room we were given had bugs in the bed, black mold inside the refrigerator, and blood and urine stains on the bed sheets. We reported this immediately and were shown a second room, which unfortunately had cockroaches. At that point, I began packing to leave. My boyfriend was taken to view a third room with a security staff member. While this room did not have cockroaches, it was still dirty, and he noticed spiders. We no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. My boyfriend calmly requested a refund so we could leave and stay at another hotel. He mentioned that we would be leaving a review based on our experience, obviously. The director, who was on the phone, reacted by accusing us of threatening the hotel, which was not accurate. No threats were made. We were eventually given a refund and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. While we appreciate receiving the refund, the conditions of the rooms and the handling of the situation were unacceptable.

Fantastic apartment: wonderfully quiet in winter, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, huge TV, well-equipped kitchen, balcony with afternoon and evening sun, and excellent service at reception. The highlight is its proximity to the beach, or rather, to the four beaches. Palma Nova is practically right around the corner.

This is the Ryanair of the accommodation world, but with a fantastic end,the rooms were immaculate, fabulous new beds, extremely warm despite it being January and cold out. Centrally located and the code to enter system works perfectly.
