The staff were rude and had an unhappy expression. Think carefully before staying here. They kicked customers out of the hotel late at night. It was 1-2 AM when we returned to our room, three of us in total. The staff looked displeased that we were back so late. They had the door locked and asked someone to open it for us. My friend went out to buy something, but when she returned, the staff refused to open the door, speaking harshly and saying, “Have the person waiting in the room come down and open it.” When we came down, the staff explained that we shouldn't have more than two people in the room, even though we had booked a family room that sleeps four. They said they would charge extra, but when we asked why, they said, “If you don't agree to pay an extra 900 baht for the two extra people, please leave. We don't welcome you.” Then they told us to pack our things and leave immediately. It was terrible. What did we do wrong to deserve that? One visit is enough. Whether it's the staff or the owner, the reception was terrible. I'm not giving any stars. They weren't clear from the start. For the price you pay, more than just good: metro around the corner, very friendly staff, i was able to print other tikets at reception, and clean room. If you can't handle noise at night, I do suggest to use headphones or earbuds because it is noisy thanks to the busy street.

The bedding looks like it hasn't been washed at all and should just be thrown away. It smells disgusting and makes my body itch. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I'm upset that I was fooled by the reviews saying it was clean.
