The staff is very friendly. The room was changed without any fuss (the first room had a strong odor). Unfortunately, only the treadmill, exercise bike, and stepper in the fitness room were working. The TV had no signal. The multi-gym was broken. The sauna could have been warmer. The New Year's Eve buffet was tasty, but it was more of a "feast" than a proper meal. I didn't think the setting was appropriate for New Year's Eve. The location is good, with good public transport connections. It was also a drawback that only sandwiches were available in the evenings (not suitable for me as someone with allergies).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel in Munich for two nights with my children and had a wonderful time. The room was clean, quiet, and child-friendly. The breakfast was very good, fresh, and offered plenty of choice – even for children. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Stayed for 1 night at the end of a long road trip. The welcome from the receptionist (a Greek man, forgot his name!) was very friendly, he was happy to share recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms are a bit worn, but very functional and quite spacious, and perfectly clean. Unfortunately, as some other reviews mention, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was lumpy and hard, and you can feel the springs through it. We did not find a do not disturb sign in the room, so we were woken up at 8am by housekeeping. We were checking out that morning, in virtually every other hotel I’ve stayed in housekeeping is usually done after departure for rooms checking out that day? Great location in a quiet area (next to offices of many tech companies) - it is close to the U6 which means you can get to Marienplatz in about 10 minutes. There is plenty of on street parking nearby - at least at the weekend - and there is an underground car park available for €29 a night. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money and a convenient location, but I can only hope that the mattresses will be upgraded.
