We booked a 2-bedroom suite with a sea view relatively spontaneously at the beginning of October. 2 adults and 1 adult traveling with a wheelchair. The accommodation was perfect for us. Great view, and everything was wheelchair-accessible except for the steps to the pool. The steps were no problem thanks to the help of the extremely friendly staff. We spent a wonderful 6 days here and enjoyed every minute. The reception staff helped us with all our needs. Mallorca is generally a great destination for wheelchair users. The beaches and promenades between Magaluf and Palmanova are perfect. Pleasantly quiet in October, but plenty of people. However, I wondered how the crowds would be managed in the summer (sunbeds and breakfast). Surfing creates ambient noise. We've gotten used to it, but it might be annoying.

Without a doubt, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I wouldn't return and I don't recommend it. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days. Upon arrival, we were told we'd been assigned a room that was practically a hideout, and luckily they could move us to another since we'd be there for so many days. The room they ended up giving us faced directly onto the pool, on the ground floor, which meant there was zero privacy. We had to keep the curtains closed for 9 days, with no natural light because everyone who went to the pool could see us and people were constantly passing by. We were surprised that breakfast started quite late (from 8:30 a.m.), and for that reason, on some of the days we had booked full-day excursions, we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel even though we had paid for it. We didn't use the hotel's shared pool; we used the adult pool at the adjacent Beach Club, which was separate and quite expensive, although the service and facilities were perfect. The worst experience we had was when we were missing some AirPods Pro from our room, and the front desk staff didn't do anything to help us, such as checking who had cleaned our room that day or anything. From that moment on, we felt very vulnerable and didn't want to let them clean our room any other day because we were worried about our valuables.

Great rooms, amazing view. Perfect housekeeping and lobby service! Deductions for the breakfast and surfing staff. It's a shame about the noise from the nearby restaurant in the evenings and the glass recycling center, which is emptied at 7:00 a.m.
