Great hotel for a city break! The sauna and steam room make it incredibly relaxing, especially in winter – although it can get crowded quickly and not everyone is familiar with sauna etiquette, even though the instructions are posted. It would be very helpful if the staff in that area could remind guests of the proper sauna etiquette when they see them. A huge plus: We've rarely had such a clean room. The location is perfect for travelers, and the city center is within walking distance. We didn't book breakfast. We would definitely come back!

The wellness suite at Inntel. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't what I expected. The suite was on a high floor, and despite its height, there was significant noise from passing trains. The biggest problem, however, was the extremely noisy extractor fan or air conditioning unit for air circulation, which was constantly audible. Furthermore, the rooms are very noisy. The sleeping comfort also left much to be desired; both the bed and the pillows were uncomfortable, so I barely slept a wink. Furthermore, there was little choice of snacks and drinks in the evening. The minibar in the suite was completely empty, and there wasn't even a bottle of water, which I don't think is appropriate for a suite in this price range. By comparison, at a Van der Valk hotel, where prices are comparable, the amenities and comfort of a suite are usually much better. On the positive side, the jacuzzi and the view were very good. For that reason, I'm still giving it 3 stars.

The hotel seemed very nice at first, but unfortunately, once I arrived, it was a huge disappointment. There were many homeless people and drug addicts in the immediate vicinity. Outside the hotel, I was repeatedly harassed, asking if I had money, which made me feel unsafe. There were also several problems inside the hotel itself. The pool water was cold, so I couldn't use it. Furthermore, there was a lot of noise at night due to an extractor fan or air conditioning unit that couldn't be turned off, which seriously disrupted my sleep. There was a leak in the bathroom shower, causing water to leak into the room several times, and I had to clean it up myself. Upon arrival, no information was given about breakfast, check-out time, or other practical matters. Nor was anyone asked how my stay had been. To my surprise, I had to pay a deposit that evening, even though I arrived late. Most annoying, however, was that I was wrongly accused of smoking in the room. I always smoked outside, which was also captured on camera and confirmed by the staff. Because I was bothered while smoking outside the hotel, I put out my cigarette and took it with me instead of throwing it away. Upon entering the room, my hands were full and I temporarily put the cigarette in the shower because I wanted to take a shower. Ultimately, I didn't smoke again and went to sleep. The next day, I threw the cigarette away because it had gotten wet from the moisture and steam in the bathroom, just as the entire room was very humid. There was never any mention of the room smelling of smoke or any smoke odor. They only mentioned that a cigarette had been found in the trash, which is understandable if someone throws something away. This isn't proof that smoking had taken place in the room. Yet, based on this, my deposit will not be refunded. I find it very strange and unfair that I'm being accused without any smoke smell and without any evidence. The only thing that has been established is that I threw away a cigarette, which shouldn't be a reason to withhold a deposit. In short: a very disappointing stay due to the surroundings, the condition of the hotel, the lack of communication and the unjustified accusation by the staff.
