I was there in the off season — February. Not beach weather but the hotel suited my needs. The area is a beach town. Most of the restaurants were closed. The hotel is surrounded by major construction and the street is partially closed from the beach side as a result. Nevertheless in this off season state, the hotel provided top notch service. All service providers were EXCELLENT. The front desk staff is super friendly yet exceptionally professional. I had the buffet breakfast every morning in the dining room. The staff was warm and helpful. The housekeeping team was worried because I didn’t need any of the services. They wanted to make sure I had enough towels and that everything was fine even though I had a “do not enter” sign on my door. The hotel and the area were quiet in the off season and not all of the services were available. I didn’t need them and though the pool looked beautiful, I wasn’t going in. It’s a lovely place. I have no doubt this place is amazing is peak season. I’m sorry I won’t be here to see it. Thank you for all of your kindness during my stay.

It's currently being renovated, so there's no elevator and there's a lot of construction noise during the day. But otherwise it's not a bad place. The staff is nice. If they renovate it, it'll definitely be good! Perfect for a business trip.
