Only the location is great. That's about it. Housekeeping makes such a racket in the hallway at the crack of dawn that it practically wakes you up. Despite checking out at 12 noon and having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, they knocked at 9:30. Unbelievable. We had to wait 10 minutes at checkout because there was no one at reception. Their explanation: they can't be there 24/7. We complained about the loud bathroom fan, which we could hear even with the door closed. The response: that's the same in every room. What kind of excuse is that? All in all, this hotel is not recommended.

Upon arrival at reception, there was a man with long hair and a ponytail. Due to our limited English skills, he mocked us and treated us terribly at check-in, showing us incompetence and an air of superiority. He made us feel uncomfortable and ridiculed in front of other guests, rather than making us feel at ease. We want to leave immediately! We've been to various places in Europe and never had any problems. I repeat, we clearly speak some English, but in a facility where you clearly paid to enjoy a few days of relaxation and a break from normal life and work, you expect to find someone who will welcome you with the same politeness and respect! We will not recommend this to friends and family and will never return!
