The Intercity. Fairly simple. The room was clean and the bed was big. There was also a table to work at. WiFi requires membership registration. From check-in to check-out, everything is done via the basic device, so you barely speak to the staff. More than half of the time, even when I greeted them as I entered or left, they ignored me. Surprisingly, there were reckless cars and drunk people at night, which was a bit of a noise issue. The location, near Hbf, was good.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had since I started staying in hotels! I booked a room that was listed on the webpage as either a twin-bed or a double-bed room. When I arrived at the hotel, I chose the double-bed option, but they had already assigned me a twin-bed room. I requested to switch to a double-bed room, but they asked for an additional charge. Since the option was available for selection, there's no reason I should have to pay extra for my choice. I travel for work and stay in hotels for half of the year, and I have never encountered such a hotel before. This experience was really, really, really terrible!!!
