Overall, the experience was very good. The facilities were in excellent condition. Only the pool area was a bit small for the size of the hotel. The service was top-notch. The staff was very friendly and attentive to every need. The food was also excellent, with a very good breakfast and a fantastic à la carte menu. The hotel's location was perfect. A hotel that I highly recommend.

My name is Douglas Duarte, and I stayed at InterContinental Cartagena de Indias from January 2nd through January 6th, and I had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The level of service throughout my stay truly exceeded my expectations. What made my experience especially unforgettable was a personalized birthday surprise. When I returned to my room around 6:00 PM on my birthday (January 3rd), I found a beautiful plate with cookies/brownies and a handwritten Happy Birthday card from the staff. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me and really showed how much the team cares about their guests. The rooms were excellent, the food was delicious, and every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. Everything, from service to comfort, was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
