The highlights: very friendly and attentive staff. The location is magnificent; we were in the old building, which is very beautiful. The breakfast was very, very good and plentiful. The drawbacks: even though the pool is reserved for a maximum of 20 people on Saturdays and by time slot, we were packed in like sardines queuing for the jacuzzi or sauna. Towels were everywhere and nothing was put away... good luck getting a seat. No one helps with luggage or the car; we had to park very far away because there was an event, it was overcrowded, and the parking lot is on a steep slope and enormous... the children scream and run everywhere (but that's not the hotel's fault). There was a bar mitzvah, and upon arrival, we were assured that the music was turned off at 9 pm. Unfortunately, the walls of our room were still vibrating from the bass at 1 am. There were also glasses and ashtrays scattered all over the hotel steps. In the room, there was no towel warmer and no heating in the bathroom, so the spa the next day with wet bathrobes was a bit of a letdown. As for the "customized facial with skin analysis," the only analysis was asking me what I wanted. I got the impression that the less product and cream she used, the better—a kind of rushed job. It's a real shame because, frankly, the hotel has so much potential.
