The location is great, the service is good, the staff are friendly, and it's really nice. However, the breakfast and lounge are a bit lacking. It's a far cry from the standard.

Overall, it feels a bit old-fashioned, but it's still a great value for money. Having been to China, I've come to appreciate the fact that not speaking English is almost a given. However, some of the staff were fluent, so communication was no problem. I wanted to praise the lady working in the breakfast restaurant for her hard work. I was also a little surprised that they had cucumber juice.
