The Location and Room of this Intercontinental is good therefore the 5 stars. But as Platinum & Ambassador member, they treat you as any guest without membership status. Makes you wonder why you keep your loyalty to IHG & Ambassador status and still treated as any other guest. Better be have your loyalty and business to Hilton or Marriott. In my opinion.
