We enjoyed a brief weekend trip to London at this venue. What truly sets this place apart is the fabulous location and the breathtaking city view from the room. The staff were attentive, and quick to resolve any service issues. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, primarily due to that incredible vista.

I stayed here in 2016, on a pleasure trip. Besides the top-notch quality of the rooms, what always brought me back was the quality of the service. The reception was impeccable, the cleaning ladies were excellent (and kind). It's clear that from above, they're setting a great example. Well done!
