It was truly a pleasure staying at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. While we did face a few issues initially, the way the team handled them completely turned our experience around - a special mention to Yong, the assistant front manager who was amazingly supportive.... They provided very personalised service and went above and beyond by surprising us with thoughtful gifts and amenities, which genuinely made us feel special. Breakfast was another highlight. We were treated like celebrities, with staff (especially the Bangladeshi staff) constantly checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was an amazing experience, driven by customised and heartfelt hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Surprisingly they serve the famous Kampung Baru Nasi Lemak here , in term of service and location, all is best as this is reputable hotel. Good for business meeting, convention and event.
