Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the beginning, there were problems with the rooms. The first room we were given had issues, so we had to change. The second room also had problems, and after that we were even offered a third room because of technical issues in both rooms. This caused long delays and a lot of frustration during what should have been a relaxing stay. We spent more time waiting and moving rooms than enjoying our visit. The problems were serious enough to make the rooms uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was not good, and we would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

The hotel's location is excellent... Intercontinental's quality service is evident everywhere. The building itself is incredibly beautiful, like a museum... If you're greeted by Mr. Burak at reception, you're extra lucky... thanks to him, you can experience Turkish hospitality in France... the staff are very attentive and friendly... everything is hygienic and clean.

InterContinental Paris - Le Grand! Although I didn't get an Opera view room this time because they were fully booked T^T, the other rooms had beautiful views and a great atmosphere. The room had a bathtub, perfect for relaxing. The staff here are incredibly lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant itself is stunningly beautiful – every corner is perfect for taking photos! The Club Lounge has a great atmosphere, but I'd suggest improving the portion sizes of some items; they were a bit small and not enough for all guests at certain times. However, the jelly here is delicious! Overall, I loved the InterContinental. It was a very happy trip to Paris 💕
