A very beautiful hotel. The lobby is large and luxurious, and the staff are wonderful, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the room service is excellent, and the food is delicious. There's a currency exchange, a Starbucks, and a grocery store right next to the hotel. There are several restaurants, cafes, and a massage parlor in front of the hotel. Most tourist attractions are within easy reach by car. If I return to Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here again, God willing.

The facilities are old, the location is mediocre, the service is indifferent, and there was only heating, no air conditioning, during my two-night stay. The breakfast buffet had limited choices, and the hygiene was so-so. I do not recommend …
