Room was a little beat up. Had a great view of the Potomac! Valet parking was expensive. Definitely not worth what they charged!

Location nice. Rooms are decent. Service isn't great. I had to call 4 times for a late checkout and still didn't provide one. Called the night before and said to call back at 8. Called back at 8 and said to call at 8:15. And the game continued one more time. The hotel is pretty empty so IHG gold elite status seems useless here. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

My husband and I plus another couple stayed at this location on New Years Eve and had the best experience. We had tickets to a show at The Anthem and couldn't have had a better stay. Lots of restaurants right there on the waterfront and a short walk to the venue. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating, especially the concierge Khan, and the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. I did deduct 1 star from the room rating because I personally felt like the bed was too firm for me and I had to use pillows to get comfortable but that was a personal preference. We look forward to staying here again in the Spring and highly recommend this hotel to others!
