The staff were super polite and professional. Never felt this good about staying in Japan! Worth the trip if traveling to Ube. Also free coffee in the morning! And their restaurant inside (3 buildings away) is awesome! - From a dude who is Canadian!

I stayed at the International Hotel Ube. It was very clean and high-quality. My single room was spacious, with a Simmons bed and Lofty pillows, and I slept soundly. The bathroom was also spacious, and it was nice that it had a toilet with a shower. The lobby was also spacious, and I was able to read the Nikkei newspaper and other local newspapers for free. I believe coffee was also available free in the lobby from 8am to 9pm. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was able to enjoy local Ube black sea bream pickled in chazuke, Tokuji's Toritama no Sato egg-topped rice (TKG), Kawara soba noodles with green tea, and chicken and burdock root, which was great♪ There was also a wide selection of salads, fruit, pancakes, French toast, and more♪
